VIVA design diffusers received an honorable mention at European Product Design Award

Combining high-class design and indoor air expertise, the selection of VIVA wall diffusers earned an honorable mention in the prestigious European Product Design Award™ competition. The result of a joint product development project between Climecon’s ventilation experts and a renowned interior architect Teemu Saukkonen the collection of stream-lined ventilation diffusers was merited from over a thousand entries.

Accoya charms in building and construction – and now in ventilation too

Sustainability is quintessential to the material, and it refers to both Accoya’s environmentally friendly production as well as to its durability and longevity. LINE Accoya is the first carbon-neutral valve in the ventilation field. The certification used the strict criteria of the South Pole’s Climate Neutral Label, which is based on international standards and aims for a long-term impact.

Kausala factory was equipped with solar power plant

Climecon’s factory in Kausala was equipped with solar panels in June. Almost 250 solar panels were installed on the roof of the Kausala factory. The investment is a continuation of our carbon neutrality and responsibility work, which we will also continue in the future.

Future views: BIM in ventilation

Our selection program specialist Antti Rytivaara, has been invited to give a key note speech at a BIM conference in Berlin held by Progman.
