The wait for interior design and construction enthusiasts was rewarded as the Housing Fair returned after a two-year hiatus, this time to the beautiful landscapes in northern Finland. Many builders once again relied on Climecon’s valves to create stylish, functional, and ecological homes.

The modern residential log house of Honkatalo is located in the middle of a forest, on the shore of a lake. No compromises were made in the construction or interior design. Everything was carried out from the beginning on with the mentality that the end result is top-class, and the interior design will also last time.

Most of the Loviisa Housing Fair’s homes had chosen Climecon’s ventilation products. Especially the new LINE valves were extremely popular in different colors, materials and shapes. In some homes, LINE’s customization option had been utilized and for example marble tiles had been used as a surface material.

The renovation of a valuable apartment in Ullanlinna, next to Kaivopuisto in Helsinki, was carried out with respect to the original style of the apartment and using classic and high-quality materials. Ventilation was also taken into account as one significant comfort factor. The owners and interior architects also wanted something extra from the ventilation devices regarding appearance, which is why they chose the VIVA design wall diffusers in matte black for this apartment.

The new design house, designed by an architect, rose to a height in a wonderful landscape in the Turku archipelago. Wood is used a lot in the interior and is also found in the ventilation valves. Accoya wooden valves from the LINE collection were selected as air terminal devices. The wooden valves were tinted to match the slatted ceiling.
