At the Kausala factory, you can find Climecon employees with long careers in our company. For example, Teppo Soini, the superman of the factories, is one of them. For almost 18 years, he has been in many roles at the factory and in product development. At the moment, he works as a production director, who ensures that the factories work as they should and that production is rolling. His area of responsibility includes the production of the factories in Kausala and Pihtipudas.

At Climecon, Teppo enjoys the variety of work and appreciates the great co-workers. Over the years, he has been involved in many development projects and now also in the development of factory operations. “There aren’t really any days that are the same. We have a big group here in factories, with a really good team spirit. Everyone works together and understands how tasks are handled and how to complete them on schedule. The best thing about this job is interacting with people,” says Teppo.

Kausala’s employees also receive praise from Teppo:

“We all share a common vision of the factory’s daily operations, but at the same time, everyone is open to new ideas. We have a strong and close working community, where everyone can learn from each other. Everyone has the opportunity to make an impact,” says Teppo.

Teppo’s hobbies include going outside with his dog and the gym. Especially outdoor activities are a good balance for work, walking in the forest with the dog is a great way to relax after work. When he was younger, he played ice hockey for a long time, and since that, the gym has also been incorporated into his everyday life. He has been going to the gym for about 25 years, and going there is already a routine. Could it be said in the case of Teppo that the two are not interchangeable, Climecon and the gym hobby.
