Get to know: Manufacturing manager Antti Aspila

Antti has worked for a year as a manufacturing manager at our factory in Kausala. He organizes and is responsible for the operations of the factory and things have gone smoothly. Antti started at Climecon after looking for new challenges and he wanted to move forward in his career. He got his first exposure to the ventilation industry after starting at Climecon. From a previous life in the wood industry, the pallets and wooden packaging were replaced by paint and metal, which are used to make high-quality products for ventilation at our factory.

“What has come as a surprise is how such an everyday thing can be turned into a science and technically advanced products and solutions. Ventilation is, after all, a much more complicated matter than it has appeared before.”

Antti describes his every day days at the factory as interesting. “The days are varied and time goes by quickly. People have many questions, and my work is all about finding and thinking about solutions.” Antti works as a supervisor and his goal is that everyone has the opportunity to come to work and leave home “safe, healthy, and feeling good”.

According to Antti, Kausala’s mood has the right Climecon spirit. “We have a really good team and everyone has the opportunity to do things together as teams. People have permission to learn new things, get to know new machines and a wide variety of products.” Antti describes Kausala’s facilities as clean and bright and the working conditions good. Business growth affects the development of production, methods, and products. “The puzzle is never finished, but always changing, everyone has a chance to make an impact.”
