This time, we introduce our Sales Director and Head of Gas-Phased Air Filtration, Mikko Erikson, who is currently also deputy to the CEO. Known as the father figure of the sales team, Mikko runs the air purification sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping customers and salespeople happy. According to other Climecon employees, Mikko is an excellent team player who encourages others and possesses a great sense of humour.

Mikko has worked at Climecon for over 20 years, so when CEO Tommi Uksila goes on a round-the-world sailing trip, Mikko is just the right person to replace him. Throughout his career, Mikko has tackled various challenges and taken on more responsibilities. Mikko entered this position confidently: “A familiar group, and I know that with this line-up, everything will work. We are sticking to the “What is promised, it is kept” motto.”

Mikko spends his free time at the gym, jogging trails, or cycling. Once a month, Climecon employees train together in a group training session, where this man is a regular face.

The most important thing for Mikko is that every morning, it is nice to come to work, where a top work community awaits. Mikko intends to continue to maintain Climecon’s excellent working atmosphere and the spirit of working together in Tommi’s absence.

“I want everyone to keep up the good feeling of working,” Mikko sums up and continues: “Human centricness is our thing. I believe in our people and customers. We have the best customers in this industry.”
