Meet the team: Henja Heikkilä

Next we would like to present our Sales Assistant, Henja Heikkilä, who is a lovely mother figure of the whole Climecon team. Henja has been a part of the Climecon story from the very beginning, almost 12 years.

Henja’s support for the sales team is very important and she is a happy and caring mother figure of the whole Climecon team.

Henja enjoys her work as she has a great team surrounding her as well as the freedom to do her job with her own twist. She is well-known for being solution-oriented, and as Henja puts it:

“Whenever there is a problem, it will be solved”.

In addition to the competent and professional customer service, Henja also takes care of the good spirit at Climecon’s Pre-Christmas and Summer parties. Henja likes planning and arranging parties and she prepares delicious food for all kind of events!

Get to know: Esa Huuskonen, Director of Selection Programs

Over the course of 17 years, Esa Huuskonen has built up strong and diverse experience from within the company. He has been involved in nearly every aspect of ventilation design and product development – from leading projects and software development to improving product energy efficiency and performance. Alongside these responsibilities, he has taken on an important role in managing product data within design programs and key systems, where the accuracy and up-to-date nature of technical information are essential.
