Toni, sales manager of professional kitchen maintenance services, ensures that customers’ hoods work as they should all over Finland. Having initially studied for a professional degree in building construction, Toni ended up in his current position for Climecon by chance when he wanted to change his career.

Toni’s area of responsibility is the deployment of Climecon’s hoods and ceiling ventilation solutions, as well as maintenance services. However, overall work sometimes turns into office work in the sales manager’s job.

In Toni’s opinion, the best thing about his work is its versatility and mobility. At Climecon, he values the work’s flexibility and the freedom to influence his own work. The super nice team to work with also gets praise; according to Toni, the whole team has a good sense of humor. “Support is always just a phone call away when you need help,” Toni continues.

“As an employer, Climecon is top-notch and exceptional. Here, well-being at work is not just words, but we really do things for it,” adds Toni.

Toni is described by many as a cheerful person who brightens up the atmosphere of our office with his good sense of humor.

Toni’s hobbies include going to the gym, climbing, and fishing. He has even climbed Tanzania’s Kilimanjaro a few years ago. According to Toni, the trip was tough but absolutely amazing. Although the mountain trips and adventures have changed to changing diapers for a while, a new adventure is already being planned.
