Get to know our Export Manager Susanne Ylikoski!

Susanne Ylikoski is the export manager of Climecon. We want to introduce you to the sunny persona.

The experienced ventilation professional chose Climecon after Susanne was already familiar with us. She recalls finding Climecon very high-end. “I liked the products and could see myself getting passionate about them”, she says. Also, after 6 years of working for another ventilation manufacturer, Susanne was looking for a more personal work relationship at a growing company.

We have not let her down. Susanne describes the beginning of her journey at Climecon as “everything I expected in the best possible way – easy, flexible, and modern”. When it comes to professional development, Susanne values constant learning and close relationships with colleagues.

When working with clients Susanne pursues transparency and honesty

“The clients’ opinions and feedback are important for me to understand what they value about the company and the products”. Rather than pushing products onto clients, Susanne describes her approach as more consultative, “the products speak for themselves”.

Regardless of her Finnish-sounding name, Susanne was born and raised in Hamburg, and fluently serves our international partners in German and English. Besides making the world a better place with high-quality indoor air, Susanne enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, reading, and all things social.

The Life Cycle Costs show which solution is truly sensible both economically and environmentally. When solutions are designed to be long-lasting and energy-efficient, the building consumes less energy, emissions decrease, and indoor air quality remains high year after year.
