Get to know: Customer service star Suvi Erola

Our customer service has two outstanding professionals, one of whom we will now present. Sales Coordinator Suvi has been an important part of Climecon’s sales team for about fifteen years. Always a cheerful personality is a very much liked colleague who also ensures everything is always in order at the office. In addition, this woman never runs out of humor.

In Suvi’s opinion, the best thing about her job is the super nice customers. A large part of Suvi’s days are spent helping customers and answering their questions. According to social Suvi, encounters with people make it nice to come to work every day. At Climecon, Suvi values flexibility and a good working atmosphere. “Lovely and fun colleagues make it fun to come to work everyday year after year,” Suvi comments.

Suvi’s everyday life also includes a lot of hobbies. Suvi is a dog person like many other Climecon employees. Agility with two dogs ensures you don’t run out of activities even in your free time. Suvi is also a familiar sight on the amateur theatre stage, which she has been practicing for many years. According to her, the best thing about having a theater hobby is the feeling of overcoming oneself. “Getting on stage is scary, yet so wonderful. Teamwork always goes a long way, just like at work,” Suvi concludes.

Laura has worked as a cost estimator for a few years, bringing younger energy to the Climecon team. Her work includes calculating quotes, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team, especially in customer communication. Five years of successful climate work

We have been actively working on mitigating climate change for five years, which has led to significant decrease in emissions for Climecon. From the first calculation, conducted in 2019, emissions have decreased by as much as 45%, which is equivalent to 1,730 tons of carbon dioxide. This amount is equivalent to driving 12.4 million kilometres by car, or almost three thousand people making a round trip from Helsinki to Munich each year.
