Our first major project in London, Imperial College’s West campus is the most recent example of how we at Climecon aim for outstanding results even in the most demanding projects. The research laboratory of the campus provided a real challenge for the ventilation but with our carefully designed and tailor-made solutions the high requirements were met.

Among the most celebrated sites of the Lohja Housing Fair 2021 was the two-storey precast concrete house, Sensu, built by Saara and Tomi Norrby. The design and architecture were based on cleanliness, good indoor air and a healthy house.

Over a century ago a building meant for business and residential use rose at the central square of Porvoo. In 2021 an ambitious renovation was finished resulting in the historical building turning into an easily approachable yet high-class hotel. The hotel’s intimate style that honors the past with a modern twist is portrayal of the hotel name, which stands for a poem.

Restaurant Farang serving Southeast Asian flavors moved to new premises in 2020. Our high-quality products were chosen for the ventilation of the entire restaurant, both the kitchen and the dining room.

The newly renovated congress center offers 23 conference rooms, a congress hall with seating for 990 people, and banquet facilities for 700 diners.

More than 1500 students study in the GRADIA Harju Campus in Jyväskylä, Finland. The building was built in 1950’s and has been patched little by little ever since. In the fall 2017 all of the building’s HVAC-systems were renewed. Climecon found a solution for each of the needs of the big renovation.

The thorough renovation of Hämeenkylä School was aimed at improving energy efficiency, comfort and the indoor climate. The teaching facilities at the site had high design requirements: high draft criteria, low noise levels, control of large volumes of air and easy cleaning.

Fiskari31 is a brand-new townhouse in Helsinki, Finland.The looks of ventilation products matter in this Scandinavian apartment thoughtfully decorated with modern touch. That is why extra attention was paid to style, material and colors of the supply air valves when choosing the air diffusers.

Adaptable ventilation solutions and effective kitchen air exchange were top priorities for the renovation of the factory outlet of ISKU in Lahti, Finland. Finnish origins and previous excellent experiences of working with Climecon led to the client to choose us and resulted in successfull cooperation.

The brand new school of Tyrnävä, a Finnish municipality of less than 7000 inhabitants, opened its doors in August. No room is wasted in this open-spaced building as all the areas can be used for teaching. The rooms of the school are used for different purposes during the school days which requires also the ventilation to be extremely adaptive.

Ventilation products for this elegant townhouse were chosen due to their looks – not forgetting about functionality. Supply and exhaust air valves in white aluminum fit the interiors as decorative elements.

Pohjankartano Lower Secondary School is located in Oulu, Northern Finland. A renovation process is about to be completed and 27 class rooms are being totally renewed. The old building as well as the open spaces set high requirements especially for air distribution.

Sokos Hotel chain is one of the most extensive and well-known hotel chain in Finland with more than 50 hotels all over the country. Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone went through a renovation in 2013. The room for air handling units was renewed and the whole ventilation system was enhanced.

The new, expansive school chose Climecon’s flush-mounted TUISKU snow and rain covers with horizontal slats, ensuring that neither wind nor rain can interfere with the school’s ventilation.

Historical Tyrvää Parsonage is a beautiful event venue located in Sastamala, Finland. Carefully renovated building offers stunning surroundings and delicious food at cultural events, private parties and conferences. Climecon made sure that the glorious venue got the ventilation solutions it deserves.

A spectacular landmark in the city centre of Helsinki, Allas Sea Pool main building opened in May 2017. ROX nozzle ducts that represent Finnish design were chosen for the premises of Allas Café.

An old office building Auratalo, completed in 1962, is the landmark in Töölö, in Helsinki city, and became a modern city hotel of the Cumulus chain, Cumulus Meilahti. 11 floors, 2 basements and the age of the building set high requirements for the ventilation solutions.

In connection with a major renovation, our solutions were used for the ventilation of the Salpaus Further Education training center, from common areas to teaching facilities and the professional kitchen.

The modern Vexve Arena was built in Sastamala, Finland. The building works as a learning center providing spaces for various uses, ranging from sports halls to class rooms and teaching kitchens.

Otaniemi Upper Secondary School are located in Espoo. The massive upper secondary school has 800 students and hundreds of employees. Climecon had the honor of supplying CleanMaster and StandardPlus hoods to the kitchen facilities.

An old mall in Laajasalo, Helsinki, was replaced with a brand-new full service shopping center Saari. The expectations of the comprehensive commercial center were high, and also the ventilation solutions had to match the modern premises – both for their appearance and their features.

A Bulevardi office building was converted into a hotel and our stylish and efficient devices were selected for the kitchen and common areas.

A large building complex of Stadin ammattiopisto, a vocational school in Helsinki, is being renovated. More in detail, the entire building as well as the construction techniques will be renewed. The renovation is a must in a building, where the thermal insulation has been lacking and the staff has identified problems with indoor air quality. The aim of the three-phase construction work is modern premises with a possibility to make changes in the layout.

OP Vallila was opened in the Autumn 2015 and it is the new landmark in Vallilla, Helsinki. The aim for the building project was to create flexible spaces that support the future way of working.
