TUISKU-AF Anti-frost

Das Gitter TUISKU-AF mit Heizelement ist für den Einsatz an Orten vorgesehen, an denen sich durch Wettereinflüsse Eis und Frost auf dem Gitter bilden. Das Abtauen beugt Verstopfung und erhöhten Druckverlusten vor.

Beschreibung

Das TUISKU-AF verhindert Frost- und Eisbildung auf der Oberfläche der TUISKU-Gitter.

Die häufigsten Einsatzwecke für diese Technologie sind Küstenbereiche, Skizentren und andere Orte, an denen es häufig zu Eisbildung kommt.

Entfrostung für alle TUISKU-Modelle

Durch das Abschmelzen von Eis und Frost werden Druckverluste reduziert und eine erhöhte Belastung der Gebäudestrukturen vermieden.

Die TUISKU-AF ist für einzelne oder mehrteilige TUISKU-Installationen, für vertikale oder horizontale Lamellen und für versenkt oder oberflächenmontierte TUISKU-Gittermodelle erhältlich.

In die TUISKU-AF-Modelle ist ein selbstregelndes Heizkabel integriert. Ihr Aufbau und ihre Leistung erfüllen gemäß Prüfungen von SGS Fimko die Anforderungen der Norm EN 60335. Der Stromverbrauch der Geräte beträgt 1,485 kW / m².

Take into consideration while dimensioning

We recommend heating during times when ice and frost formation is foreseeable.
In case ice forms on the surface of the products during severe frost, the ventilation should be switched off for about an hour so that the defrost heating heats the surface of the vanes and melts the ice.
Maximum recommended supply air flow velocity is 0,7 m/s
Surface mounted louvres contain a connection pipe size D 50 for a plastic waste pipe.
Flush mounted models contain a 1 ¼ inch brass connection with a hose clamp to a waste pipe.
