The new design house, designed by an architect, rose to a height in a wonderful landscape in the Turku archipelago. Wood is used a lot in the interior and is also found in the ventilation valves. Accoya wooden valves from the LINE collection were selected as air terminal devices. The wooden valves were tinted to match the slatted ceiling.

Many shopping centers are currently being renovated, and the focus is mainly on energy efficiency, comfort, and technology renewal. The Myyrmanni Shopping Center in Vantaa underwent a major transformation project, which renewed the look of the center, improved energy efficiency, and strengthened the supply of grocery stores. With the renovation, a new Prisma was opened in the shopping center.

The renovation of a valuable apartment in Ullanlinna, next to Kaivopuisto in Helsinki, was carried out with respect to the original style of the apartment and using classic and high-quality materials. Ventilation was also taken into account as one significant comfort factor. The owners and interior architects also wanted something extra from the ventilation devices regarding appearance, which is why they chose the VIVA design wall diffusers in matte black for this apartment.

A new Italian restaurant opened in the heart of Helsinki on Fabianinkatu in September. The large open kitchen is equipped with Climecon’s CleanMaster ventilation ceiling system. Scolare belongs to top chef and restaurateur Pekka Terävä’s Olo Collection restaurant group, which has grown around the Michelin-star restaurant Olo. At Scolare, top chef Kalle Tanner jumped into the role of the main chef.

In Finland’s oldest art museum, Ateneum, a major renovation was carried out, where the ventilation was renewed to meet the demands of both artworks and the increased number of visitors. Our high-quality air purification solutions were chosen to protect immeasurably valuable artworks and improve the indoor climate. The renovated facilities were opened in April 2023.
